Cooperative Communication at Work

What is Cooperative Communication?...

Drawing from the highly effective Nonviolent Communication method, Cooperative Communication at Work demonstrates how to increase awareness of yourself and others, identify feelings as they relate to behavior and needs, and employ practices that lead to positive outcomes and healthier, productive relationships.

Relationships are KEY!
  • We know that relationships have a profound impact on the quality of our professional and personal lives.
  • We know that communication is the key to building and maintaining quality relationships.
  • Despite that knowledge, only a few of us invest the minimal time it takes to learn how to use cooperative communication skills.
"When we focus on clarifying what is being observed, felt and needed rather than on diagnosing and judging, we discover the depth of our own compassion." - marshall rosenberg
